Harvest
Tissue must be harvested using an atraumatic technique with the correct pressure gauge, instrumentation, and sterile protocols. Minimal exposure to air or extreme temperatures is crucial to preserve cell viability.
Donor
Dr. Alizadeh carefully selects donor sites, such as adipocytes (fat cells) under the skin or bone marrow, known to have a high concentration of regenerative cells. These autologous (your own) tissues are then processed to provide the safest, most reliable “exoboost” of regenerative cells.
Processing
Using well-established technologies like Puregraft for fat grafting and Adinizer for exosomes (and additional specialized systems for bone marrow), Dr. Alizadeh’s team separates and purifies these components in a sterile manner to concentrate them optimally.
Injection
Dr. Alizadeh uses accepted protocols, including small aliquot injections and specialized cannulas. This meticulous technique allows better revascularization, integration, and quicker recovery, ultimately leading to more effective, long-lasting outcomes.
