Annika Reilly, RN, BSN

Nurse Injector | Laser Specialist

Annika is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She joined Dr. Alizadeh in 2007 and has since shared his passion for aesthetics, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery as well as his volunteer work for Mission Restore.

Annika is a tremendous asset to our staff, bringing many years of aesthetic experience as well as critical care experience. She has extensive training in facial rejuvenation with the latest injectable techniques and advanced laser treatments. Areas of expertise include use of Neurotoxins, Dermal Filers, Bio Stimulators to create facial balancing youthful looking results in combination with advanced state of the art laser treatments like Halo and Pro fractional to improve skin texture, tone, and create elastin and collagen production.

Annika's patients appreciate her attention to detail, aesthetic eye and most of all, her dedication to delivering personal and individualized care. Years of practice, ongoing training, and great passion and enthusiasm for her vocation have brought Annika to the forefront of her profession.

Kelsey Downey, MSN, FNP-C

Kelsey Downey, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. She brings a strong foundation in critical care, with extensive experience managing high-acuity patients in the intensive care setting. This background has shaped her advanced clinical judgment, precision, and unwavering commitment to patient safety.

With additional experience in dermatology and aesthetics, Kelsey takes a refined, skin-first approach to care—delivering natural, balanced results. Her work is grounded in intention, prioritizing long-term skin health, thoughtful treatment planning, and patient education.

Known for her calm, warm, and welcoming presence, Kelsey creates an elevated experience where patients feel at ease, confident, and truly their best. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), reflecting her continued commitment to excellence and the highest standard of care.

Fiona Kerr, BSN, RN, CANS

Certified Aesthetic Nurse | Injector | Laser Specialist

Fiona Kerr is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse with more than seven years of experience in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine. Her background includes advanced training in both plastic surgery and dermatology to enhance skin health and facial rejuvenation.

Fiona specializes in treatments designed to improve skin quality, restore facial harmony, and enhance each patient’s natural beauty. Her areas of expertise include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and advanced laser technologies.

With a strong clinical foundation and a thoughtful, patient-centered approach, Fiona focuses on treatments that deliver meaningful, long-term results rather than temporary or overly aggressive corrections. She believes optimal outcomes come from understanding when, why, and how to use each treatment, allowing her to create customized plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of every patient.

Sophia Montoni, MHS, PA-C

Sophia Montoni is a board-certified Physician Assistant distinguished by her clinical excellence, refined judgment, and deeply compassionate approach to patient care. With a strong foundation in emergency medicine, she has extensive experience managing high-acuity and complex cases - an environment that demands precision, decisiveness, and unwavering attention to detail.

In her surgical role, Sophia brings a meticulous, patient-centered approach to perioperative care. She is dedicated to guiding patients through every phase of their surgical journey with clarity, confidence, and exceptional attention to detail. Her calm and attentive presence helps ensure patients feel supported and well-informed throughout their care experience.

Sophia earned her Master of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies and Bachelor of Science degree from Quinnipiac University, graduating summa cum laude. Her academic achievements include the Physician Assistant Program Professional Excellence Award and completion of the Quinnipiac Honors Program.

Justin Napoletano, PA-C

Board-Certified Physician Assistant

Justin Napoletano is a board-certified Physician Assistant with nearly two decades of clinical experience and a longstanding commitment to aesthetic medicine and patient-centered care. A graduate of the Cornell University Physician Assistant program in 2009, he later earned his Doctor of Medical Science (DMS) degree, further deepening his expertise in evidence-based medicine and advanced clinical practice.

Justin spent more than 15 years in orthopedic surgery, where he developed exceptional procedural skill, precision, and meticulous attention to detail. Building upon this extensive surgical foundation, he has cultivated a strong focus in aesthetic medicine, delivering concierge-level care centered on natural, refined results and highly individualized treatment plans.

Dedicated to advancing the field of aesthetics, Justin has published peer-reviewed research focused on neuromodulators and aesthetic medicine. He believes aesthetic treatments should enhance and refresh rather than alter, helping patients feel confident, empowered, and authentically themselves. He is especially passionate about the relationship between self-confidence and overall well-being, and the meaningful impact it can have across every aspect of a person’s life.

Known for his warm demeanor and thoughtful approach, Justin prioritizes personalized care and meaningful patient relationships. His philosophy combines clinical expertise with an artistic eye for balance, proportion, and natural beauty. Outside of medicine, he enjoys fitness, interior design, and renovation projects, where his appreciation for aesthetics and detail continues beyond the treatment room.
