Nurse Injector/Laser Specialist
Annika is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She joined Dr. Alizadeh in 2007 and has since shared his passion for aesthetics, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery as well as his volunteer work for Mission Restore.
Annika is a tremendous asset to our staff, bringing many years of aesthetic experience as well as critical care experience. She has extensive training in facial rejuvenation with the latest injectable techniques and advanced laser treatments. Areas of expertise include use of Neurotoxins, Dermal Filers, Bio Stimulators to create facial balancing youthful looking results in combination with advanced state of the art laser treatments like Halo and Pro fractional to improve skin texture, tone, and create elastin and collagen production.
Annika's patients appreciate her attention to detail, aesthetic eye and most of all, her dedication to delivering personal and individualized care. Years of practice, ongoing training, and great passion and enthusiasm for her vocation have brought Annika to the forefront of her profession.
Nicholas
Certified Nurse Practitioner/Injectable Specialist
Nicholas is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with a lifelong passion for aesthetic medicine. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, he brings the resilience and warmth of his hometown to his practice, blending evidence-based care with an artistic eye. He specializes in natural, balanced enhancements using dermal fillers, biostimulators, and regenerative therapies that not only improve appearance but also support long-term skin health and vitality.

Assistant Manager / Medical Assistant
Jennifer brings a unique blend of warmth, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to her role as Administrative Assistant and Medical Assistant at Dr. Alizadeh's practice, where she collaborates closely with Demi, the Physician Assistant. Born and raised in the heart of Rockville Centre, Jennifer is a lifelong Long Islander who possesses an innate understanding of the unique needs and diverse personalities of the local residents she serves.
Jennifer's journey to her current position is a testament to her passion for continuous growth and her commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. After completing her college education, she embarked on a successful career in the business world while simultaneously raising a family—a testament to her exceptional multitasking abilities and dedication. Over the years, Jennifer has accumulated a wealth of experience working in the fields of plastic surgery and dermatology. She has worn many hats, seamlessly transitioning from the role of a dedicated Medical Assistant to that of a proficient Office Manager. Jennifer's love for both roles, coupled with her genuine interactions with patients, makes her a cherished asset to our practice here at Cosmoplastic Surgery.
