Annika is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She joined Dr. Alizadeh in 2007 and has since shared his passion for plastic and reconstructive surgery as well as his volunteer work for Mission: Restore.
Annika is a tremendous asset to our staff, bringing many years of critical care and recovery room nursing experience. She truly takes a vested interest in caring for our patients as they travel through their surgical journey. She has extensive training in facial aesthetics and injectables, and you can count on getting a personal call from her once you leave the office.
Annika enjoys staying current with the latest plastic surgery innovations and makes it a priority to attend seminars and annual plastic surgery conferences.
She maintains an active membership of the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses, and holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

Years of practice, ongoing training, and great passion and enthusiasm for her vocation have brought Annika to the forefront of her profession.
Julie has enjoyed working in the specialty field of plastic and reconstructive surgery since 2007. With a medical background and previous experience as an operating room surgical assistant, Julie has developed extensive working knowledge and an understanding of cosmetic procedures, which give her confidence in her patient communications. In 2010 Julie began working for Dr. Alizadeh with a primary goal of providing our patients with an exceptional experience. Julie supports our patients through their surgical journey and takes great pride in making a connection with each patient while ensuring that all of their needs are met. She will assist you with the planning, scheduling, and financial arrangements pertaining to your care. In short, Julie makes sure your questions are answered and will be your point person for cosmetic surgical scheduling.
Dara brings her experience in effective patient care coordinating to our team with her Bachelor in Science Degree in Business Administration. She joined the medical field working with Dr. Kaveh Alizadeh in 2011. At Cosmoplastic Surgery she is very involved in the daily operations of the practice and patient scheduling. Dara takes great pride in making each patient feel comfortable and confident, handling everything from the initial consultation appointment to post-procedure care. She attributes her ability to work well with others and juggle multiple projects at once to her extensive years of experience as an executive/administrative assistant, treating each patient like family.
Dara believes that every member of the staff plays a crucial role in the satisfaction and well-being of each individual patient, and she strives to make everyone's experience at Cosmoplastic Surgery the best it can be!
Caitlin Sacher is a nationally certified physician assistant who received her master's degree from the University of Florida. Prior to her medical studies, she spent a year working with a Mohs surgeon in Florida, which further deepened her interest in dermatology and cosmetic medicine. Viewing cosmetic medicine as the perfect blend of science and art, Caitlin decided to pursue a career in plastic surgery in San Francisco, CA, after finishing school.
Caitlin brings with her more than four years of experience as a physician assistant, three of which include operating room experience in craniofacial, plastic, and reconstructive surgery as well as in-patient injectable and laser treatments. She combines science and art across the realms of surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and skin care to create a multifaceted treatment strategy for her patients. Like Dr. Kaveh Alizadeh, Caitlin takes a holistic approach to aesthetics and will customize your treatment plan to achieve a natural and refreshed result. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys CrossFit, reading, and exploring New York City.
Michael earned his Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management from New York University, graduating cum laude. During his time at NYU, he was recognized in the university's Dean's List and the American Collegiate Hockey Association All-Academic Team. Before joining Cosmoplastic Surgery in 2016, he worked in medical billing at a private practice during his undergraduate studies.
Along with his work at our practice, Michael is pursuing a Masters of Business Administration at The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, with concentrations in Healthcare Management and Finance. He is a member of the NYU Healthcare Management Honors Society, Upsilon Phi Delta; the American College of Healthcare Executives; and the Healthcare Financial Managers Association.
